Hi all. I resently decided to become a vegatarian, I'm not really sure where to start. Besides cutting meat from my diet, I've been trying to add more nuts, soy, brocolli and Spinage... that's as far as I've gotten. Does anyone have any other suggestions, insight or general advice?

Cutting it from your diet doesn't necessarily mean that you need to revamp all your eating habits. If you're used to burgers and fries, you can still eat boca burgers or garden burgers... Have any health food stores around? If you still crave meat, you can buy those fake meats, even safeway and albertson's sell some of them. If your going vegan or lacto vegetarian, watch out for eggs in the ingredients...
Some of them are absolutely delicious. Good luck! You are on your way to a healthier fresher start. You will feel lighter as time goes on, I mean in general, your energy.
