Foie Gras Cruelty Demo

Info: In response to recent activist efforts to ban foie gras cruelty in California, Chef Jon Sears is spitefully hosting a foie gras dinner at his restaurant, the Dining Room, in San Mateo. Sears Ecynical dinner menu for the night includes dishes such as 'Foiellywood,' 'John Burton's Sweet & Sour Foie Gras,' and 'Shawshank Foie.' Join us for an evening of leafleting and video screening against the sale and production of foie gras outside of the Dining Room. Signs and leaflets will be provided. Hosted by Farm Sanctuary and East Bay Animal Advocates.
Driving Directions:
From Highway 101 - Take highway 92 west to El Camino Real north. Go North on El Camino past the first stop light. Passing Borel Ave. to your left you will see a break in the road about five store fronts down on your left. Take a left into the driveway of the parking lot.
From Highway 280 - Take highway 92 west to El Camino Real north. Go North on El Camino past the first stop light. Passing Borel Ave. to your left you will see a break in the road about five store fronts down on your left. Take a left into the driveway of the parking lot.
From El Camino Real (southbound) - Take El Camino south just past Barneson Ave. About a half a block down on the right you will turn into the parking lot.
From El Camino Real (northbound) - Go North on El Camino past the first stop light. Passing Borel Ave. to your left you will see a break in the road about five store fronts down on your left. Take a left into the driveway of theparking lot.
